Good experience with persisting with a boiler. We have used Aladdin for many small plumbing issues for years and we just decide to install a new boiler with them. They were very professional and timely about the installation, but due to no fault of theirs, the boiler had many follow-up problems. The owner of Aladdin was incredibly responsive — including answering emails well after business hours to help us out. It’s easy for a professional to do a good job when there are NO problems, but Aladdin went beyond the call of duty when there were problems, and this was truly exceptional service. I would recommend them for anyone looking for a new boiler or for smaller projects as well!
