Our clawfoot tub faucet and shower assembly had been improperly installed by our general contractor’s plumber and did not work properly (or really at all). We called Aladdin to reassemble the assembly and replace a diverter and a valve/cold water cartridge that the supplier sent as replacements. The shower/tub was reassembled properly and the replacement parts installed.
Jerry arrived and immediately set to work. He was amazing! He had our shower assembly reassembled properly, the diverter properly installed, and the cold water cartridge replaced in under two hours. He showed us that the previous plumber had installed the diverter upside down and had not properly flushed the faucet when installing everything the first time leading to many of our problems. Jerry was professional, nice, and extremely competent – what a pleasure! We will definitely call Aladdin for help with plumbing issues again.
