Fixed leaking dishwasher connection/pipe, placed three local water valves that were not holding, troubleshot low water pressure in kitchen sink and leaking main water valve. Three hours of work total.
I found Aladdin’s hourly rate to be on the high side, but I am willing to pay more for job well done and professional service. Jerry arrived five minutes into the one-hour time slot I was quoted and was very professional. He was not condescending and explained everything in layman’s terms, which unfortunately has not been my experience with some contractors and plumbers so far. I have not put the work to a true test yet but so far my problems appear to be fixed. He went above and beyond to figure out my lower water pressure issue, too.
Unless I run into any issues with the work, I will definitely call Aladdin again. I may have paid more than with other plumbers but I appreciate the peace of mind that the job will get done right the first time, especially when it comes to potential water issues. The cost included labor and parts.
